Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. Back ordered items can be refunded if product cannot be delivered within 10 working days. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Returns Policy Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.

You're Right to Cancel Your Contract

Under the Long Distance Selling Regulations 2000 you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days. The 7 working days start from the day after the goods were signed for.
Please note certain items are excluded from this guarantee, e.g. Items made to Customers specification, i.e. any prints or Canvas Prints, DVD's once the seal has been broken or items that by reason of their nature cannot be returned.

Any item must be returned to me by the customer, Postage for goods returned will be at buyer's expense, in the damaged / sellable condition received.
In the event of an item arriving damaged, & is clearly damaged, I suggest you do not sign for it by refusing it, Please then let me know via e mail that the item has been refused & to expect re - delivery. Please contact our sales office on and we will arrange to send out a replacement order to you.
If an item is not received in the post, contact our sales office and we will arrange to send out a replacement, as all items sent out are fully insured against loss.Returns

If it is refund that is required then it will be issued once the item has been returned and inspected. Refund will be issued minus postage to send item and a 15% restocking charge will be deducted from refund. Items sold with free postage will be charged as £7 reduction from a refund issued.

RETURN POLICY for Clothing:

Goods which are either unsuitable or have been purchased in error may be returned to ourselves for credit/refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt.
